Cal Biggers has earned the professional designation of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU).

Leadership has been a recurring theme in the life of Cal Biggers. He is a past Chairperson of the Northwestern Mutual Long Term Care Field Committee. Among the organizations he has led as President include the Northwestern Mutual CLU Association, Physicians Nationwide, the Central Arkansas Estate Planning Council, and the Arkansas Children’s Hospital Board of Advisors, of which he remains a member. He also served as a U.S. Army 1st Lieutenant in Panama and the Republic of Vietnam.
