Cal Biggers is an active Rotarian and Club 99 member. He is a current member of the Board of Directors of Alzheimer's Arkansas. He is an active member of First United Methodist Church. He is past president of the Quapaw Quarter Association and a member for 30 years. He is past president of the advisory board of Arkansas Childrens’ Hospital. He is past president of Central Arkansas Estate Planning Council.
